Mind, Body & Spirit

Mind

Business & Life Coaching

Jungian Coaching stimulates personal and professional development by putting the soul’s desires at the heart of its work. As a result, clients feel reconnected to their life’s purpose and this renewed connection can have a long-term transformative effect on their wellbeing and performance. You will be able to recognize and tend to the innate longings of your psyche and build skills that can provide a greater sense of freedom in your interactions with yourself and others.

The Jungian coaching tools are based on the work of Carl Jung, a renowned Swiss psychologist. These tools are designed to help individuals explore their unconscious mind, uncover their true selves, and achieve personal growth and transformation. Here are a few examples of Jungian coaching tools in my toolkit:

  1. Dream analysis: Jung believed that dreams contain valuable insights and messages from the unconscious mind. Jungian coaching often involves interpreting and analyzing dreams to gain a deeper understanding of one's emotions, fears, and desires.

  2. Symbol exploration: Symbols hold significant meaning in Jungian psychology. Jungian coaching encourages individuals to explore and analyze symbols that appear in their dreams, artwork, or daily life. Symbol exploration allows clients to gain insights into their unconscious and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

  3. Active imagination: This technique involves engaging in a guided visualization or daydreaming process to connect with the unconscious. Through active imagination, individuals can explore their inner world, uncover hidden aspects of themselves, and find solutions to personal challenges.

  4. Shadow work: The Shadow refers to the hidden, suppressed, or rejected aspects of oneself. Jungian coaching helps individuals recognize and integrate their Shadow to achieve a more balanced and authentic self-expression.

  5. Archetype exploration: Jung identified archetypes as universal symbols and patterns that exist in the collective unconscious. Jungian coaching helps individuals identify and work with archetypes relevant to their personal journey, such as the Hero, the Wise Old Man/Woman, or the Shadow.

Body

Yoga & Integrated Energy Therapy

Experiencing your body is another approach to coaching sometimes referred to as somatic work. By focusing on the body's physical sensations, movement, and staying present, you can promote healing and well-being. It recognizes that our bodies hold valuable information about our past experiences, emotions, and patterns of behavior.

Somatic work acknowledges the mind-body connection and emphasizes the importance of integrating the wisdom of the body with traditional talk-coaching approaches. It works on the principle that trauma, stress, and emotional experiences are not solely cognitive or psychological, but also physiological and cellular in nature.

Viniyoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes a personalized and adaptive approach to the practice. It focuses on the connection between breath and movement, and tailors the yoga poses and sequences to the specific needs and abilities of the individual.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is an energy healing modality that focuses on releasing unresolved emotional and energetic blockages in the body's energy field. It is based on the premise that blockages in the energy field hinder the natural flow of life force energy, leading to physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.

Spirit

Meditation & Sacred Astrology

Spirituality can play an important role in coaching because it acknowledges the interconnectedness of a person's body, mind, and spirit. Spirituality often involves tapping into one's inner wisdom or intuition. Coaching that incorporates spiritual aspects encourages individuals to trust their own guidance and access their innate wisdom for making decisions and overcoming challenges.

Meditation and spirituality are closely interconnected, as meditation is often practiced as a means of cultivating a deeper sense of connection, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. Meditation provides a space for individuals to turn inward and explore their inner landscape. Through regular meditation practice, individuals can gain insights about their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, which can lead to a greater understanding of themselves and their spiritual journey. Many individuals view meditation as a bridge to connect with a higher power, divine energy, or universal consciousness. Meditation can be a means of seeking guidance, inspiration, and a sense of purpose beyond the physical realm.

Sacred Astrology is the practice of using astrology as a tool for spiritual exploration and connection to the divine. It incorporates spiritual and mystical principles into the interpretation of astrological charts and seeks to uncover deeper meaning and purpose in one's life. Sacred astrology emphasizes the symbolic and archetypal meanings of celestial bodies, zodiac signs, and planetary aspects. It looks beyond surface-level interpretations and explores the deeper spiritual significance of astrological configurations. Sacred astrology views life and the soul's journey as part of a greater spiritual process and sees astrology as a tool for healing and transformation.
